Tom was professional, knowledgeable, and got the job done right. I'd definitely recommend him. He identified the problem (roots growing into the sewer line as a result of a previous repair job done poorly by someone else ages ago) and repaired it within the time frame and price anticipated. He and Aaron used an excavator and shovels to dig, put in some serious sweat (Tennessee in August!) removing the roots and previous botched work, and got my sewer line back in action in about 7 hours. They backfilled the holes, removed the roots, and made sure the yard looked smooth before they left. Call Tom the Plumber!
